The Cookery Project is a locally owned + independently run food offering with a big heart - made in the Manning Valley.
Founder, Sahra, has over 20 years of industry experience + has spent the last 2 decades honing her craft in Tasmania + The Northern Rivers in wholesale, retail cookery + baking. A return home to the Mighty Manning sees an opportunity to share the skills + infectious love Sahra has for cookery, its ability to bring people together + positively impact the local community.
Currently offering catering, handcrafted + lovingly prepared preserves, pastries + pickles through events as well as weekly + monthly stalls at the Thursday Produce Market, Taree + the Nabiac Farmers Market.
Best of all, you can enjoy a daily dose of what's good straight from our van, Joyce. Serving exclusively Single O Coffee Roasters – an Australian owned and operated coffee company leading the pack in sustainability + delicious ethical coffee.
